Questions about pricing
No credit card is required for the Free (Starter) plan. Simply register with your email, choose your role, and start using Solar Connect immediately. Payment is only required when upgrading to Professional or Enterprise.
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades are effective immediately with prorated billing for the current month. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No penalties or lock-in periods.
When you choose annual billing, you pay for 10 months and get 2 months free — effectively a 20% saving. For the Professional plan, that's ₨3,999/mo instead of ₨4,999/mo. The full annual amount is billed upfront at a discounted rate. You can still cancel and receive a prorated refund.
We accept bank transfers (IBFT), debit cards, and major credit cards in PKR. All billing is in Pakistani Rupees with no forex complications. Enterprise clients may request invoice-based billing with net-30 payment terms.
Yes, the platform transaction fee (3% for Free, 2% for Pro, 1.5% for Enterprise) is deducted from escrow payments processed through the platform. This is separate from your monthly subscription. The fee covers our secure payment processing, escrow management, and dispute resolution services.
The pricing structure applies primarily to shopkeepers (job posting) and brands (analytics and programs). Installers can register and use the platform's core features — including job browsing, KYC, and wallet — on the Free plan with no monthly fees. Installers only pay the platform transaction fee on jobs they complete.
