Our admin team reviews submissions within 24–48 business hours. Once approved, you'll receive a verified badge and can start accepting jobs.
When a shopkeeper posts a job and hires an installer, they fund the job budget into a secure escrow account. The funds are held by Solar Connect and cannot be accessed by the installer until the shopkeeper marks the job as complete. Once confirmed, payment is released to the installer's wallet. If there's a dispute, our team mediates before any funds are released.
Yes! Brands have a dedicated dashboard to search, connect with, and monitor installers across Pakistan. You can view job histories, performance ratings, and program adoption. Use the Announcements feature to communicate product updates directly to your installer network.
Either party — installer or shopkeeper — can raise a dispute from the job page. Once raised, the job is flagged and an admin mediator is assigned. Both parties can submit evidence (photos, documents, messages). The mediator reviews and makes a final decision within 3–5 business days. All decisions are documented and binding.
